here’s my strategy:
infantilize the feared task
then just get it done

temerity : unreasonable or foolhardy contempt of danger or opposition : RASHNESS, RECKLESSNESS
Traffic stop.
Speeding. Dumb mistake.
Big mouth me
then I have
the temerity to sass
