I have instantly conjured up a whole store run by insects where the inchworm does the tailoring on bespoke suits spun out of silk by silk worms and where moths do the cutting and trimming.
I would love to see you illustrate this very scene. I can just imagine it.
Wonderful image of the tailoring insects. Sadly here the vision is that there are little bugs in the closet stitching my wardrobe slightly tighter…..
In my childhood it was a traditional saying that if an inchworm were to crawl on you, it was measuring you for new clothes. And I have never forgotten that.
