1. I could picture this plant in my mind’s eye. I like that idea of the long leaves being like outstretched, welcoming arms.

   • That is what I think, that plants are all just like this poem, they reach out, they embrace, and maybe it’s just their structure, but this is why I have always thought gardens and forests and so on were loving and caring as well as beautiful.

2. If only Spring would arrive this year!!

   • Yes. I am getting ready to go out and mow my grass in 45 degree weather. Although sunny!
