New Build City
Miles of concrete floor in this store
aisles overhung by high-rise shelves
Streets in neighborhoods home to thousands
from the tiniest shiny new bolt
to the heaviest bag of crumbly gray sand mix
Crowded around and on top of each other
City life being what it is.

I love this idea of the building supply store having the feel of a cityscape while being full of the bits and bobs required to construct a city.
Thank you. One day I was walking down the store aisle and suddenly just this idea struck me. I couldn’t get the city idea out of my mind the whole shopping trip.
