Not This Man
this man takes no lunch breaks
just a drink of water or a quick snack on his feet
because this man says that if he stops moving
and here this man assumes the posture
of a man frozen in place
a man hunched in the middle of a stride
a man who can be pried up and carried out of life
this man not going to be that man

Not much of a life for him.
So many people are focus on motion. And not going anywhere. I have been guilty of this myself. Hoping it’s not so, so much, these days.
It is hard to get the right balance sometimes.
