Here are a couple of recent poems.
Well You Know How It Is
a late night
and a crowd with very little interest
in anything but beer and
shouting at friends across the room
not a great place to try to read a book
home is home
you take things as they go.
At Either End of the String of Time
the fiancée of the shorter fellow
a soul who believed in right and wrong
and in crying things out
if it hurt
the old woman married to the shorter fellow
a soul who believed in dreams come true
and in a good belly laugh
if things got just too absurd

Hahhah!! The first one is wicked. Home is home!
Thank you. You are so right. Home is home. And beyond that statment, it is impossible to generalize, I think!
